Order Processing/Special Orders

 

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. 

 

If you are looking for items that we don't stock, please let us know.  We are always looking for new ideas!

 

Some of our items are stocked in sample sizes and we encourage you to try these if you are uncertain about a product.  Others may be available in sample sizes but due to low sales volumes are not stocked.  (If you can get more for your money, people usually risk having to "tough out" a shampoo they don't love.)  If you are interested in a sample size, contact us and we will let you know if it is available and the cost. 

 

Shipping

 

Shipping is done the best available method using UPS or USPS (usually USPS Priority Mail).  Standard delivery is typically from 2 to 5 days to the continental US and 1 to 2 weeks outside.  

 

If you would like expedited shipping, please call so that we can determine the lowest cost option for you.

International orders are not accepted at this time.

 

 

Returns

 

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.   Please email us for a return authorization. Shipping will not be refunded and in some cases the size of your refund may be reduced if your order drops from a free to paid shipping level. 

 

Items that arrive damaged will be replaced or refunded if we are notified within 7 days.  Please email us with your preference.  You should save packing materials in case the carrier would like to examine them.  

 

Payments made by credit card will be credited back to the card.

 

FAQ List

 

What are my options on out of stock products?

 

Because restocking times can vary from 2 days to 3 weeks or longer (handmade soap may take weeks to "cure"), we do not accept backorders.  We are happy to recommend a substitute product or notify you when an item comes back into stock.

 

Is order tracking used?

 

USPS priority mail offers limited tracking that includes an email when the package is shipped and another when it is delivered.
