Fragrance Free Products

Fragrance Free products are becoming increasingly popular.  Some people select them to keep chemicals to a minimum.  Others just prefer products with no scent.  Still others may use some items that are scented and some not, perhaps picking an unscented hairspay and deodorant that won't "compete" with the smell of other products. 

The term "unscented" does not necessarily mean the same thing as "fragrance free".  Unscented products sometimes have masking agents (extra chemicals)added to hide the scent of the other ingredients. Fragrance free products may have some mild scent from the base oils or ingredients, but do not have essential oils or fragrances added for scent.
